The Process
Telephone Consultation
Book a free 15-minute telephone consultation to discover how I may be able to support your needs.
Initial Intake Session
This initial session is the starting point of your journey. It allows us to explore all of the different parts of your world, past and present. We’ll also set up intentions for therapy and discuss the process in more depth.
Follow up Sessions
In these sessions, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy. Using evidence-based treatments, we’ll help you find relief.

Offerings and Investment
-
Our 65-minute initial intake session allows us to review confidentiality and service policies, as well as gather information about what’s bringing you to therapy. This session also gives us a chance to explore your history, which helps support treatment moving forward. We’ll discuss different therapeutic approaches and options based on your personal goals. Psycho-education and resources may be provided as well.

All follow-up sessions are 50 minutes in length, with 10 minutes set aside for clinical documentation and any post-session email/resource exchanges. These sessions focus on the issues that brought you to therapy, using the therapeutic approach discussed during the intake session.

This service is for those who can’t commit to ongoing therapy but need support from a mental health professional, either for themselves or for a loved one. These solution-focused consultations often include reading materials and resources from the clinician. Available to clients in Stoney Creek, Hamilton, and the GTHA.
50 mins | $170.40
-
Family support sessions allow a family member or spouse to join your therapy session for additional support. Please note this is not couples or family therapy, but rather a space for existing clients to explore issues with family support. This service requires a pre-existing working relationship with your clinician.
