With over 15 years of clinical experience, I serve the Stoney Creek, Hamilton, and Greater Toronto Hamilton Area (GTHA) communities.
My intention is to help you find the relief you're looking for. I believe that every person has the capacity to lead a fulfilling, authentic life, no matter their past experiences or current circumstances. Beneath the ways we've learned to show up in the world lies our true self, and it's my goal to help you rediscover that.
I recognize that each person’s journey is unique, and every challenge is different. I also understand that timing and access to therapy services may not always be easy. I’ll be here when you are ready to take this important step.
